You must dry the liquid by natural way or with external heating there are a lot of different methods. Once it's dried you will get the white K HCL powder.

Hi, you can inject it, it is probably the easiest way and it is already prepared for injection. In experiments for the antidepressant effects of Ketamine the usual dose of Ketamine given intravenously is around 50mg, so I`d suggest you start with this dose then increase if needed. Based on this and the oral bioavailability of Ketamine (which is around 25% only) I once tried 200mg rectally. Well, the rectal bioavailability is probably much higher than oral becuase I went into a so-called K-hole, not being able to move for around 20-25 mins. It was a complete dissociation. Start with low and increase according to response depending on what you want to use it for. One more thing. Do not eat before using it! In the above experience I came out of the dissociation with a horrible nausea and vomiting. I hope this helps.

Ketamine as a drug has a more powerful effect and smaller active dosage than its street forms. You should not exceed a single dosage of 40-50 mg depending on body weight by intravenous use of this drug. Higher dosages can send you straight to K-hole. It is better to use intravenous ketamine under control of a sitter friend.​

Yes, this is the dose I found as well for IV route. IM is the same, it is just slower to kick in. You can probably drink it orally (in this form), but as I mentioned earlier the oral bioavailability is rather poor, so you would lose most of it this way. There has not been much research about oral use as antidepresant (although it would be useful), it is only sold as a nasal spray.

I would suggest not to dry and snort it as it is because the pH is slightly acidic 3.5-5.5 and it would burn like hell.

What's wrong with people in this thread? Of course you shouldn't inject it. Ketamine is a powerful disassociative anesthetic, and if you don't know exactly what your dose is you can become unconscious easily if you take it the iv route. It's not dangerous, since ketamine doesn't suppress your breathing, pulse or blood pressure like most other anesthetics (that's why it's a WONDERFUL drug to use for surgery in catastrophic scenarios), but it can be very unpleasant.

Just pour the contents of the vial on a glss oven form, put in in the microwave and boil off the water. Scrape up the white salt and put it in a suitable container. Take a small knife and scoop up a knife edge of powder, snort it. You'll feel the effect in a couple of minutes. Don't do to much at once, or you'll end up in K-hole, which is a pretty unpleasant, highly hallucinative semi-conscious state.

I really really hope you didn't end up taking all of the 500 mg. If you did, I don't expect you to answer any time soon ...
